Pool Usage
- The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 AM and will close at dusk or 8:00 PM, whichever comes first.
- Please vacate the pool area before dark for your safety.
Noise Policy
- We have a no noise policy after 9:00 PM to ensure guests can enjoy peace and relaxation.
- If you experience excessive noise after this time, please call Reception on (03) 5453 2777. As we live onsite, we can respond promptly to any issues.
Guest Responsibilities
- You agree to pay the room rate for each day of your stay, along with any additional charges incurred until the time you notify us of your departure.
- Any unpaid charges at the time of departure may be added to your account and charged to the credit card on file.
- Standard checkout time is 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made. Late checkout may incur additional charges.
- Management, staff, and agents reserve the right to enter rooms at any time to ensure guest safety, protect property, and maintain amenity standards.
- Interim accounts must be paid when presented, even if your stay has not yet concluded.
- If your check-in requires us to keep the room vacant the previous night, an early check-in fee may apply.
- You agree to notify Reception of any change in guest numbers. An additional $50.00 per person fee applies for unregistered guests or extra persons after 9:00 PM.
- Guests are personally liable for all charges unless alternate arrangements are agreed to and honoured. If not settled within 30 days of departure, the full amount becomes payable.
- You agree to return all room keys upon departure. A $200.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
Damage, Cleaning & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items during their stay.
- Charges will apply for smoking in rooms, carpet damage, or any misuse of property.
- If damage renders a room unfit for letting, you agree to pay the full letting rate multiplied by our year-to-date occupancy rate, minus cleaning costs, for the duration the room is unavailable.
- You accept full responsibility for any valuables, belongings, or vehicles brought onto the property. We are not responsible for their safekeeping.
- We reserve the right to evict any guest whose behaviour causes unreasonable disturbance or disruption to others.
- No claims will be accepted for loss or damage to your belongings regardless of cause.
- No claims will be accepted for loss of income, trade, or revenue under any circumstances.
Pets
- We offer designated pet-friendly rooms only. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found in non-designated rooms.
- Pets must be suitably restrained in the car park and not left unattended.
By checking in to Barham Bridge Motor Inn, you agree to comply with all house rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in eviction and/or additional charges. We thank you for your cooperation and wish you a pleasant stay.
